Emotions
Wednesday, October 1st, 2008I just spent a large portion of my day arguing with the removal company that shipped my things to Australia. More than half my husband’s alcohol didn’t get here. It was listed, but wasn’t in the box. I won’t go into the details, but suffice to say we ended up paying duty on bottles that weren’t there, even though the removal company knew before they put it through to customs that the bottles were missing. I feel angry, and I feel frustrated. So I figure it is serendipitous that I’m about to write a scene that contains violence
.
Hopefully, all this pent-up anger will go onto the page, and I’ll get a great scene and feel calmer into the bargain.
Do you ever co-ordinate your mood to your scene? I’m asking because this is a first for me.
