One lucky commenter will win a copy of Dangerous Sanctuary, as well as three other short stories, so please stop by and comment for a chance to win.

Talking about Dangerous Sanctuary, a Susanna and Parker short story

I’m over at my group blog, Magical Musings, analyzing the opening scene of Dangerous Sanctuary, a short story set between IN A TREACHEROUS COURT and KEEPER OF THE KING’S SECRETS, which is due to be published by Gallery Books in a couple of months in ebook format. Joining me is YA author Gabi Stevens, and we share the different ways we approached our opening scenes. There is a copy of one of Gabi’s books and one of mine up for grabs to two lucky commenters.

Over at On the Tudor Trail

I’m over at the great blog On the Tudor Trail, and have a double giveaway going, including an advance reading copy of the uncorrected page proofs of KEEPER OF THE KING’S SECRETS. All welcome to pop over and read some of the facts I wove into not only IN A TREACHEROUS COURT and KEEPER OF THE KING’S SECRETS but also the short story I’ve written which fits in between the two books DANGEROUS SANCTUARY. Giveaway closes 1 December.

Discussing scenes

I’m over at author Ellis Vidler’s blog with two other wonderful writers. We’re each discussing a short 250 word scene from one of our books. I’m talking about a scene from IN A TREACHEROUS COURT. It is fascinating to read all three excerpts and the authors’ comments. Great fun.

Guest blogging at author Cynthia Eden’s blog

I’m talking a little about the story I contributed to the ENTANGLED anthology today at Cynthia Eden’s blog, and giving away a copy of ENTANGLED and a copy of IN A TREACHEROUS COURT to two commentors. Hop on over!

Talking about courtly behaviour in the 16th Century

I’m discussing THE COURTIER, the handbook on courtly behaviour by Count Castillo, written in the early 16th Century, today over at author Cynthia Eden’s blog. I use a rule from THE COURTIER at the start of each chapter of IN A TREACHEROUS COURT, and I’m talking about why I did that, and giving some of my favorite rules. There is also a giveaway of a copy of IN A TREACHEROUS COURT.
